We know that Cisco has great VoIP products. In most ways they are second to none. However you can’t have a great product without great support and not everyone can afford a TAC contract. When you get stuck we’re here to help you.


Supported soft-switches:         PGW 2200; BTS 10200; Cisco SIP Proxy Server.

Supported gateways:             AS5350; AS5400; AS5850; MGX 88xx with VISM and VXSM. IP transfer Points (IPTs) and SLTs

PGW and BTS network design and implementation

Experience can make the difference. Having been installing PGWs and BTSs since 2000 where I was part of an EMEA based Cisco team with technical responsibility for all PGW/BTS installations, I've encountered just about every situation that you could imagine, and have learned a lot about avoiding and/or compensating for problems that arise.

Disaster Recovery 

I wish I didn't have so much experience in this area, because these situations are never happy times, and it is almost always true that a little bit of planning and foresight could have prevented it. I would much rather you hired me before disaster strikes so that we can put in place the things that will prevent or at least minimize the down-time.
But if it's too late for that, I can help to get you back up and running. My years of experience can minimize losses and contribute toward a speedy recovery. 

Upgrades

Any upgrade can present challenges that are best handled by experienced people. When your entire voice network is at stake, you don't want novices working on it. You want experience and knowledge. Either hardware or software upgrading can be far more complex then than the initial installation since there is a very short window for getting things right first time. 

Troubleshooting

Many, many years of experience in building VoIP systems for Europe’s largest service providers have given me a good sense of what might be wrong, and a creative mind gives me the ability to see solutions that others might miss. 

Training

I like to treat every issue I encounter as a training exercise for those paying for my services... time and situation permitting. Quite often a customer is only missing a few of the essential building blocks to do a great job themselves. I’m very happy and enjoy being able to fill that roll. However I can also happily provide training courses in any area I deal with. 

O&M

If you like I can run your entire VoIP platform for you. Proactively tracking the status of systems from our O&M center and performing regular health checks. Keeping up to date with any configuration changes being made to allow for the most most effective intervention.
I can assist in correctly identifying software issues and correctly addressing and packaging these towards Cisco existing TAC contract.

Sales (Cisco products)

I don’t directly sell any Cisco products. There are enough Cisco partners out there already. But I can certainly assist you in that process and ensure that you get what is optimized for your needs and not what some ever enthusiastic sales guy is going to hook you up with. Don’t hesitate to have me review your BOM.
